The 11th annual MSPA Conference took place in Istanbul, Turkey, from 26th to 28th of May, 2010. The theme of this year’s conference – What does the MSPA mean to our market, our members and our shoppers – attracted over 170 delegates from 42 countries: MSPA’s largest and most successful conference to date. Experts from the worldwide business of mystery shopping gathered in Istanbul to discuss included mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies. Almost all guests joined the welcoming reception on Wednesday and the Dinner event on Thursday evening; they enjoyed a magnificant cruise on the Bosphorus and an unique dinner in the garden of the Topkapi Palace by night.
